Who I am
I'm Dominic St Clair-Clarke, trading as Dom St Clair Content Studio. I'm responsible for any personal details you give me. Email studio@domstclair.com with any questions.
What I collect
- When you message me: your name, email and message, sent through a contact form run by Formspree.
- When you book: your name, email, phone number and business name (if you give it), taken by Stripe at checkout. Stripe handles your card details. I never see your full card number.
- When we work together: your brief, photos, videos and notes, kept in a shared folder on Google Drive, and our emails.
Why I use it
- To reply to your message.
- To deliver your content, take payments and keep you updated.
- To keep accounts, because the law says I must.
- To show some work as examples, unless you tell me not to.
I don't sell your details, and I won't send you marketing emails unless you ask me to.
Who else sees it
Only the services I use to run the business: Stripe (payments), Formspree (contact form), Google (email and shared folders), Brevo (sending my emails), Cloudflare (the website and email forwarding) and my accountant. Some of these store data outside the UK, and they use approved legal safeguards to protect it.
How long I keep it
Messages that don't lead to a booking: 12 months. Client records and payments: 6 years after we stop working together, for tax and legal reasons. Your photos and videos: deleted within 3 months of us finishing, unless you ask me to keep them.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe uses its own cookies on its checkout page to keep payments secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them, delete them, or ask me to stop using them. Just email me, and I'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
