Who I am
I'm Dominic St Clair-Clarke, a sole trader based in the UK, trading as Dom St Clair Content Studio. You can reach me at studio@domstclair.com. My address is Studio Villa, London SE5 7RA.
What these terms cover
These terms apply when you book a package or the Trial through my website. By ticking the box at checkout, you agree to them.
What you get
Each package includes the posts and videos listed on the Packages section for every 4-week cycle. The Trial is a one-off batch of 4 posts and 2 videos. Some videos and images are made with AI tools, such as Higgsfield. I'll tell you which pieces, so you can label them if a platform asks you to. I send everything ready to post, with a date on each piece. I don't post for you or log in to your accounts.
What I need from you
Before your first batch, a quick welcome brief: your logo, brand colours, customers and anything you'd never want posted. Each cycle, send a short update and your photos, videos and notes to your shared folder within 5 days of payment. Please only send material you have the right to use.
Timings
Your batch arrives within 10 days of me receiving your brief and uploads. If nothing arrives, I'll work from what I already have so your content still turns up on time.
Changes
Each delivery includes one free set of changes. Send them all together within 7 days of delivery. Changes are tweaks to the content delivered, such as captions, colours or images. New ideas or further rounds of changes are charged at £30 an hour.
Paying
Packages are paid upfront every 4 weeks, by automatic card payment through Stripe, before work starts on each batch. The Trial is paid in full upfront. If a payment fails, work pauses until it's paid. Extra posts are £20 and extra videos £40, added to your next payment.
Founding offer
Founding clients pay half price for their first 3 payments (12 weeks), then the normal price. In return, I ask for an honest review and permission to show your content as examples of my work. The offer is for people who plan to stay for the full 12 weeks, but you're not tied in: you can stop at any time, the same as any package. If you stop early, the half-price rate ends with you.
Changing your mind (the first 14 days)
You can cancel within 14 days of booking, for any reason. Just email me. By booking, you ask me to start work straight away, so if you cancel in those 14 days I'll refund what you've paid, minus a fair amount for the work already done. If your batch has been fully delivered within the 14 days, you can't cancel that batch. I'll refund you within 14 days of you telling me.
Stopping after that
Packages roll every 4 weeks until you stop them. You can cancel whenever you like. Just give me 7 days' notice before your next payment. A batch that's already paid for will be delivered in full, but isn't refundable.
If something's not right
If anything I deliver isn't up to standard, tell me and I'll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Who owns the content
Once a batch is paid for, the finished content is yours to use anywhere. I may share some of it as examples of my work. Just tell me if you'd rather I didn't.
What I can't promise
I make content to help you get seen, but I can't guarantee likes, followers, leads or sales. I'm not responsible for how a platform treats your posts, or for any loss that couldn't reasonably have been expected.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I'll tell you before your next payment. The terms you agreed to apply to anything you've already paid for.
The law
These terms are under the law of England and Wales.
